Electronic Marking Center in Consultations and specialized exams of the Public Health Network: analysis and intervention proposal. Central Eletrônica de marcação de consultas e exames especializados da Rede Pública de Saúde: análise e proposta de intervenção.
The Electronic Central of Consultation Appointments and specialized exams is characterized as a binder to regulate the offers and demands of the municipal health services. In this center are administered consultations and other procedures generated by public units aiming order,discipline and establish rules by guidance and organization of patients’ flows. Since the creation of the Electronic Scheduling System in 2010, the Consultation Appointment Center in Uberaba has been receiving complaints from users, professionals and public managers. It presents a critical review in order to analyse and propose interventions in the operationalization of the Central Electronic consultations and specialised tests Marking subordinate to the Department of Regulationof the Municipal Health Secretariat of Uberaba Health Public Network. Central Query Marking under the responsibility of the Regulatory Sector should point out the shortcomings, user needs and clearly identify deficits and system malfunctions, and allows the construction of welfare parameters close to the real needs of the population. The Central of Consultation Appointment should be recognised as a consolidation tool for strategic regulation, a key factor in the organization of the users’ flow by the Health System.
