Desafios e Dificuldades em Gestão de Projetos de Telecomunicações no Brasil / Challenges and Difficulties in Telecommunications Project Management in Brazil.

This study evaluates the Project Management of implantation of cellular telephone networks (CMN), presenting the main points that have a strong influence in the planning related to this type of project and other networks such as VoIP or similar. The analysis shows that in the implementation of complex projects, its management has a weight as important or more important than the technological issues involved in its achievement. The results also showed that, even in situations of difficult solution, it is possible to equalize complex problems, as long as there is mastery of the techniques of project management of information and communication technology, as well as disciplines associated with the infrastructure, the proposed implementation.
