The article presents experimental data on the temperature of homogeneous nucleation of the series organic dielectric fluids at atmospheric pressure, obtained by pulsed method. The data obtained are important for the development of science and technology, since there are many processes are accompanied by phase transitions of the first order (liquid-vapor). This is especially true in the analysis of emergency situations associated with depressurization of devices. Therefore, process analysis rapid phase transition from a superheated liquid state to a gaseous state requires a study of the conditions for the nucleation of a vapor phase in a superheated liquid and its further growth. In experiments
pulsed heating of the tungsten wire was used. Duration of heating to temperature nucleation rate was about 400 μs. The measurement error is estimated at 3K.
