Abstract Revealed that the performance of high-power exercise on a bicycle ergometer to failure athletes skilled cyclists (15 men) increases the activity and relationship of muscular and cardiovascular systems. At rest and fatigue manifests linear relationship between the two systems, during commissioning with stable condition - is exponential. The development of fatigue compensated without changing leadership of the quadriceps, biceps and calf muscles of the lower extremities in the efforts to change the relationship and partial role in various areas of cyclic motion, increasing their electrical activity. With the development of decompensated fatigue decreases the electrical activity and disturbed coordination of major muscles in the relationship right and left limbs.
