Figure S4. Monophasic Action Potential Suction Electrode. The suction electrode was placed along the gastric surface adjacent to the mapping region. The sponge (shown placed atop the glass pipette tip) was irrigated with saline during recordings with a grounding wire placed inside of it. Suction was applied using a syringe and pressure was monitored using an inline pressure gage.
