Here nodes correspond to miRs, and edges between miRs represent significant co-expression relationships. Top 18 co-expressed hub miRs were represented as square nodes, of which 4 hub miRs belonged to Group 1. The remaining 14 co-expressed hub miRs were novel miRs which were not previously reported to be associated with PD. This network was constructed in Cytoscape interface [26].
