Splenic γδ T cells isolated from aged mice were cultured with anti-CD3 with or without TLR agonists. Cells were harvested at 48 h post-stimulation and analyzed for CD69 expression (A) and the production of IFN-γ (B), IL-2 (C), TNF-α (D) and IL-10 (E) in culture supernatant. Data are presented as means ± SEM, n = 3–8. ** P<0.01 or * P<0.05 compared to anti-CD3- treated alone. F–G.
