SGHPL-4 cells were incubated for 0 to 30 minutes with [¹²⁵I]-T3. The amount of intracellular radioactivity was quantified and expressed as a percentage of the total radioactivity added. Points represent average of three experiments ±SEM. Within each experiment, each condition was performed in duplicate.
