SeqA focus patterns in cells undergoing replication fork stalling and reversal.

dnaN159 (ts) mutant cells were grown exponentially in glu-CAA-uri medium at permissive (30°C) (A) and semi-permissive temperature (37°C) (B). Fixed cells were immunostained with antibody against SeqA. The DNA histogram of the same cells treated with rifampicin and cephalexin is shown at the bottom of each panel. The experiment was repeated twice (with the same results).
