FryPyramid probability represents scales of sensitivity and specificity, with the probability excess increasing with height and a perfect prediction (where both the sensitivity and specificity score a value of 1) coming at the tip of the pyramid. The bottom line of the plot represents the point at which results would be expected to be generated by chance.
