(b) HepG2-rNtcp cells were treated for 16 hours with 20 ng/ml of TNFα in the presence of 200 ng/ml of ActD. 200 nmol/L of PT was added 30 min prior to the addition of TNFα/ActD. (c) Caspase-3 activity in rat H-4-II-E cells treated with 50–500 μmol/L of GCDCA in the presence and absence of 200 nmol/L PT. (d) Rat H-4-II-E cells were treated for 16 hours with 20 ng/ml of TNFα in the presence of 200 ng/ml of ActD. 200 nmol/L of PT was added 30 min prior to the addition of TNFα/ActD.
