(A) Semi-quantitative real-time PCR analysis of retinal RNA levels of control (white bars) and Cdc42-KD (black bars) mice at postnatal days (PND) as indicated. Gene expression was normalized to Actb and expressed relatively to control levels at PND35, which were set to “1”. Mean values ± SD of N = 5 mice are shown. If no bar is visible: expression below detection limits. Statistical significance was determined by two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc tests. *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001. (B) Representative Western blots of whole retinal extracts from control and Cdc42-KD mice (N = 3) at postnatal days (age) as indicated. ACTB was used as loading control.
