Recruitment was measured as the number of recruits * yr⁻¹ for each species from 1982–2008 (25-, 15-, and 5- year time series) and was transformed prior to analyses. The total number of recruits for each species during the study period is shown in parentheses. Note that black areas indicate zero recruitment, whereas white areas indicate no data.
