Kinetics of pro-inflammatory proteins synthesized by infected CMH5.

A and B: cytokine expression profiles; C and D: chemokine expression profiles; E and F: growth factor and SERPIN E1 expression profiles were determined after 8 h, 14 h, 24 h and 48 h infection by two strains of T. gondii RH (Figure 2A, 2C and 2E) and PRU (Figure 2B, 2D and 2F). A basal expression level for each pro-inflammatory protein T. gondii burden was determined at T0. Concentrations of immune mediators were calculated using values of corrected pixels obtained from uninfected cells (negative control) subtracted from pixel values of infected cells. T. gondii burdens were evaluated by the percentage of Toxoplasma multiplication, knowing that the parasite burden at T0 is 100%. *p<0.05, ** p<0.01 and *** p<0.001.
