PC12 cells were treated with different concentrations (25, 50 and 100 μM) of AGS-IV and then co-incubated with or without 5 mM glutamate (Glu) for 24 h. Data shown are the results of three different experiments and are represented as the relative densities of protein bands normalized to β-actin.
