Spleens (A) and Thymii (B) from wildtype mice at 6–8 weeks (Adult) or P3–P5 (Neonate), were fixed, sectioned and stained using antibodies against ezrin or moesin (brown) in combination with hematoxylin staining (blue). Organ structures are labeled as thymic cortex (C), thymic medulla (M), and peri-arteriolar lymphoid sheath (P). Bars = 100uM.
