Harris, Maja Jagodic, Tim Aitman, Tomas OlssonDA (n = 4) and PVG (n = 4) female rats were immunized with MOG (day 0) to induce EAE. At day 7, before clinical symptoms, lymph nodes were extracted and either directly harvested (ex vivo) or stimulated with autoantigen (MOG re-stimulated). cRNA was prepared and gene expression tested using 16 Affymetrix Rat Exon 1.0 ST Arrays.
