Fraction collected through elution with 2% ethanol, corresponding to the strand on the x axis between 0 and 2 l; fraction collected through elution with 2 l of 60% ethanol, corresponding to the strand on the x axis between 2 and 4 l; and fraction collected through sample elution with 2 l of 100% ethanol, corresponding to the strand on the x axis between 4 and 6 l. The ultraviolet absorption of C_M-H contained three inner peaks, C_M-H-1, C_M-H-2 and C_M-H-3.
