Left panel shows fiber size distribution, and right panel shows relative fiber cross sectional area (mean +/− SEM). Left panel, p<0.0001 by Mann-Whitney test. Right panel, p<0.0001 by Student's t test. B. AR expression in skeletal muscle of 16 wk mice was assessed by western blot. GAPDH controls for loading.
