The light gray line in the box is the median; the lower and upper edges of the box are the lower and upper quartiles (25th and 75th percentiles, respectively); the lower and upper edges of the box are the lower and upper quartiles (25th and 75th percentiles, respectively; the smallest and largest observations (in the range not considered as outliers) are shown as the error bars. Data for Arctic grayling and rainbow trout collected in 2011 and 2012 were combined as there were no significant difference in duration of time between species or year.
