The time to peak of ERG a-wave and b-wave of WT and D1−/− mice raised under cyclic light/dark conditions and constant darkness were measured and plotted as a function of the light intensity. A: The time to peak of a-wave of WT mice raised under cyclic light/dark conditions and constant darkness plotted as a function of the light intensity. B: The time to peak of b-wave of WT mice raised under cyclic light/dark conditions and constant darkness plotted as a function of the light intensity. C: The time to peak of a-wave of D1−/− mice raised under cyclic light/dark conditions and constant darkness plotted as a function of the light intensity. D: The time to peak of b-wave of D1−/− mice raised under cyclic light/dark conditions and constant darkness plotted as a function of the light intensity. E: The time to peak of ERG a-wave of D1−/− and WT mice raised in constant dark were normalized to that of D1−/− and WT control mice raised in cyclic light/dark conditions, respectively, and plotted as functions of light intensities, showing that light deprivation had opposite effect on the time to peak of ERG a-wave of WT and D1−/− mice. F: The time to peak of ERG b-wave of D1−/− and WT mice raised in constant dark were normalized to control mice raised in cyclic light/dark conditions, respectively, and plotted as functions of light intensities.
