Note the unidirectional development of F<sub>p</sub> in both groups (A, B) and of V<sub>p</sub> in the therapy group (C). However, in one animal from the control group, we observed a decline in V<sub>p,</sub> which can be attributed to fast tumor growth and a high level of necrosis in the tumor (D).</p>
