A green square indicates a high level of coincidence between the set of proteins involved in the specific pathway (column) in a given organism (row) and the set of proteins for the same pathway in S. cerevisiae. A red square indicates complete absence of the set of proteins involved in the specific pathway (column) in a given organism (row) with respect to the same pathway in S. cerevisiae. Intermediate colors indicate intermediate degrees of coincidence between the set of proteins in the target organism and that in S. cerevisiae. The complete heat-map can be seen in Figure S1.
