Confirmation of pET29b-zymogen and pET29b-protease clones with double digestion and expression test.

Expression of recombinant (B) zymogen and (C) protease in BL21 was analyzed on SDS-PAGE. Expressed recombinant (D) zymogen and (E) protease were validated by Western blot analysis.
