(A) Superimposed rNaV1.4 currents evoked by a 10 ms depolarizing pulse from a holding potential of -100 to -10 mV. Current traces were obtained in the absence and presence of intracellular AA at concentrations of 1 μM, 10 μM, and 50 μM. An intracellular solution containing 0.2% DMSO was used as a control and did not affect the rNaV1.4 current. (B) The activating effect of different AA concentrations (0.1 μM, 1 μM, 10 μM, and 50 μM) on rNaV1.4 current. *P<0.05 compared to control, using a one-way ANOVA test.
