AvCystatin stimulation induces transient phosphorylation of p38 and ERK.
Thioglycollate elicited peritoneal macrophages from BALB/c mice were stimulated with 0,5 µM AvCystatin or the same amount of denaturated AvCystatin as a control. After the indicated time points total cell extracts were isolated and analyzed by western blot with antibodies against phospho-p38, total-p38, phospho-ERK, total-ERK, phospho-AKT, total-AKT and beta-actin.
