Wong and Unen datasets, EmbedSOM embedding based on SOMs, t-SNE and GQTSOMs

Supplementary figures and code for the article "Generalized EmbedSOM on quadtree-structured self-organizing maps".

This shows the marker expressions in the datasets by Wong et al. (2016) and Unen et al. (2016), embedded by 3 different variants of EmbedSOM. The original data can be found in FlowRepository, under accession FR-FCM-ZZTM (Wong) and FR-FCM-ZYRM (Unen).

File "fig1.R" contains the R code used to generate graphics for Figure 1 in the article.
