(A) Splenic B-cells obtained from TAGLN2^+/+ and TAGLN2^-/- mice were activated with anti-mouse IgM (10 μg/ml) for 12 h, and then CD69, MHCII, CD80, and CD86 expression were determined by flow cytometry.
