Test pattern for curvilinear feature extraction

Test pattern for ridge detection-based feature extraction using SSC Ridge Tools. This pattern is a 32-bit floating-point TIFF image, which means in can be passed directly as input to the ridgetool program.

For example, to extract curvilinear features from this image at a scale s = 8 and using two parallel processes, run:
