<p dir="ltr">Supplemental Fig 2: Blocking P2Y12 decreases red blood cell count in the peritoneal cavity in female septic mice. Cells were isolated from the PCF 24 hours post-surgery from both male and female mice. Sham, CLP, CLP + MRS2279, or CLP + Ticagrelor groups were analyzed for males and females. Red blood cells were measured using the Hemavet® Multispecies Hematology System (Drew Scientific, Inc. Oxford, CT). The cell counts are expressed as 1×103 cells/μL. (*P <0.05) n = 4-9.</p>
