Cells were immunolabelled with anti-Myc antibody (green in merged image) and F-actin was visualized by phalloidin-RRX staining (red in merged image). Bars represent 10 μm. B. Quantification of transfected cells displaying F-actin reorganization (white bars) and also periphery F-actin reorganization (black bars). Results are the means ± SE of three independent experiments, in which a total of 300 transfected cells were examined for each transfection vector.
