The ubiquitin carrier protein gene was used for the normalization of each gene expression. 1: Adenylosuccinate synthase; 2: Adenylosuccinate lyase; 3: Adenosine deaminase; 4: SAICAR synthase; 5: 5’-Nucleotidase; 6: IMP cyclohydrolase. Bars represent means ± 95% confidence intervals.
