() The homologous nine conserved residues located in the A strand of the crystal structure of GyrA-CTD; K565 (K534 in ) is missing in the structure. The five sites mutated successfully, E506A, Y569A, D660A, R681A and R735A, and one native mutation of G729W in (the corresponding residue is N719 in ) in the crystal structure of GyrA-CTD (), and in the model of GyrA-CTD by SWISS-MODEL () (). The different colors of red, purple, black, pink, green, brown, grey, blue, yellow, gold and orange are E514, K527, K542, H564, Y577, Y582, D655, D669, R691, G729 and R745 in GyrA-CTD, in (), (), () and (), according to the homologous sites, respectively.
