Rosene, Belen Lorente-Galdos, Arcadi Navarro, Tomas Marques-Bonet, Jeffrey Rogers, David JuanCopy number along the sequence of VAPB in rhesus macaques (top) and in humans (bottom). The X axis represents the genomic sequence and the Y axis represents the distribution of copy number across all our samples in each window. Vertical dashed lines represent window limits, horizontal black line at the bottom represents the corresponding gene length and black boxes represent exons. The copy number interval of each individual in each window is represented as a light blue box encompassing the span of its copy number interval in each window or a thick line in case of copy number integers. All individuals are superposed in the image: darker shades of green imply more individuals with the given number of copies of the given window.
