In (A), (B) and (D), P values were obtained from one-way ANOVA of F2 mice with three diplotypes, B/B, B/C and C/C (N = 5 per diplotype). Data are least-squared means and standard errors. The means with different letters (a and b) are significantly different between diplotypes at P < 0.05 (Tukey’s HDS test). WAT, white adipose tissue.
