Red light response of ROC15 and other mRNAs.

Early log phase TAP liquid cultures (approximately 5 x 10⁵ cells/mL) of WT and b16 were adapted to darkness for one day, and then exposed to red light (200 μmol∙m^-2∙s^-1) for 2 h. DCMU was added to the cultures before dark adaptation at a final concentration of 10 μM. (A, B) RT-qPCR result of ROC15 (A) and other genes (B).
