Timothy GarveyMetagenomic functions were predicted using 16S bacterial profile data implemented in PICRUSt pipeline and predicted KEGG functional genes (at level 3) were analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis H-test to generate PCA plot. Component 1 explains 93.5% of the variation, and component 2 explains 4.9% of the variation.
