Post-operative images: right medial talar dome OCD lesion

Post-operative MRI of the same child after ECM-BMAC for medial talar dome OLT. Sagittal and coronal proton density (PD)-weighted MRI (panels A and B) shows of the defect 20.0 months after treatment with ECM-BMAC with good fill of the cartilage defect without underlying edema and restoration of the radius of curvature of the articular surface. He was cleared to return to sport at 6.3 months and was doing well without pain at last clinical follow-up of 22.5 months.
