Radiolucent stripes along the soft tissues of the mediastinum, and the continuous diaphragm sign indicate the presence of pneumomediastinum. Bilateral pneumothorax is also seen (deep costophrenic sulcuses and hyperlucent hemidiaphragms bilaterally). Subcutaneous emphysema is also seen on the left of the figure.
