Developed in 2022 by Khalaf-Elledge, this tool helps practitioners, activists, researchers, faith leaders, and policymakers navigate the complex entanglement of religion and patriarchy. Answer the tool's questions to identify if a norm, practice, or law stems from religious or patriarchal origins. A "yes" answer suggests it likely reinforces patriarchy and existing power structures. The questions are divided into three categories, reflecting how patriarchy is learned, performed, and policed.
