We present data for the figures in the main text. The data is organized into subfolders corresponding to the panels of the figures. Standard python libraries needed are: numpy and scipy. Scanning tunneling microscopy topography and dI/dV data are available as ascii files.

The raw data (in ASCII) form can be plotted by the attached python scripts: plot_XYZ.py
