Total protein was extracted from WT and NOS1^−/− BMDMs treated with IL4 for 2, 8 and 24 h or not treated (0 h), and then the expression of total STAT6, phosphorylated STAT6 (pSTAT6), PPARγ and β-actin was detected by immunoblotting assay.
