In Rwanda, PPPF collaborated with Uyisenga Ni Imanzi (UMN).</p><p dir="ltr">Artwork description:</p><p dir="ltr"><i>Completion of </i><i>high</i><i> education</i><i>.</i> The picture illustrates the dream of studying, completing higher education, and then being able to educate others. </p>
