MALDI-TOF MS spectra of tryptic glycopeptides from the IgG Fc part.

Peptides from IgG2 and IgG3 have identical amino acid sequence, thus assigned IgG2/3. Samples were collected from a normoprolactinaemic healthy individual (a) and a patient with hyperprolactinaemia (b). Symbols denote individual monosaccharides as explained in the figure.
