M2 markers in BMDM from WT and <i>NOS1</i>^−/− mice.

<p>RNA was isolated from macrophages stimulated with IL4 for 2, 4, 8 and 24 h or not stimulated (0 h), and cDNA was prepared for RT-qPCR analyses of M2 markers gene expression, including <i>Arg1</i>, <i>YM1</i> and <i>Fizz1</i> genes. Fold expression of each marker relative to that of IL4-untreatd WT cells is presented.
