K-mer distribution (K=19) of Illumina short reads file for 500-insert reads (TG-500-SIPE_1_sequence.txt) from Boothby et al. generated with jellyfish with the estimate_genome_size.pl script. The presence of two peaks in this plot is suggestive of a high level of contamination.
