Interaction between MRE11, RAD50 and Xrs2/Nibrin.

HEK293 cells transiently expressing Flag-tagged nibrin or codon optimised synthetic Xrs2 were probed by co-immunoprecipitation using anti-Flag antibodies and western blot analysis for RAD50 and MRE11. As a control, aliquots of the lysates were analysed for MRE11 by immunoblotting.
