In reactions containing polβ (0.9 nM), polκ (1.7 nM), RB69 pol (1.6 nM) or KF (1.1 nM) and 50 nM 5′-P-labeled primer-template, primer extension was measured in the absence (−) or presence of 300 nM aptamer 32, aptamer 45 or 1000 nM yeast tRNA (T). ( Time course reactions containing polβ (0.3 nM), polκ (0.5 nM) or KF (0.3 nM) and 50 nM 5′-P-labeled primer-template, primer extension was measured in the absence (−) or presence of 1–4 µM aptamer 32 or 1000 nM yeast tRNA.
