In vivo image of glial cells for Fig 6B

This image of glial cells deep in the cortex of a live GFAP-GFP mouse was acquired through an implanted GRIN lens using a multiphoton microscope. We believe this is one of the first in vivo images of glial cells this deep in the brain in the lower layers of the mouse cortex.
