Images of 3D reconstucted medial clavicles obtained from MSCT images

The record contains 2D images (700x700 px) of medial clavicles of 204 audult individuals from modern Croatian population. The images are obtained from medical MSCT images in OsiriX MD (v.12.0, Switzerland) software. They are exported as 2D images (in tif format) from reconstruction obtained using 3D surface rendering tool (3D SRT). Image titles contain data on the sex and age of individuals, and their ID in the following format Sex_Age_ID.
